Rules for Engagement

  1. ALL INDUSTRY VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED BELOW. NO DROP INS PLEASE. See scheduler for coffee or lunch visits. We allow one coffee visit daily and a lunch on the days detailed on our schedule. We are not in the market for any new pathology labs, lasers or such devices, so please let us contact you when we are ready to talk. Thank you!!!
  2. Please place samples in the sample bins with your product name labeled. We appreciate your discarding any expired samples.
  3. Please avoid overly aggressive sales. Our providers practice in an independent manner and within their comfort levels. Interactions with industry are educational/informative in nature.
  4. All our preferences for food or drink are provided online, once you schedule your coffee or lunch visit. Please drop lunch or have it dropped no later than 12:30 pm on day of scheduled appointment. Please adhere as best possible when bringing food and drink, due to food allergies and dietary preferences.
  5. In no circumstance do we allow any other physician, provider, manager, or anyone besides representatives to give paid or even unpaid talks or detail on product during our lunch or otherwise. Any breach of this rule will result in automatic disallow of future visits to the office. If bringing a manager, liaison or anyone of the sort, you will need to have notified us prior and obtained administrator approval ahead of time.
  6. We allot a 5-10 minute window for lunch and learn time so that our staff may have a break from our busy clinic. Please adhere; we appreciate your consideration of our downtime.
  7. Please call our back line 636-933-4081 (Festus) or 636-237-0040 (Chesterfield) to reach us for last minute issues or questions. Please avoid text regarding visits or for other questions as we are shifting away from staff needing cell phones at work. Please adhere to this policy going forward.
  8. Most importantly, thank you for the service you provide our office and the samples and programs you offer our patients. Together we may better serve their healthcare needs.
